A superpod of spotted dolphins

This morning we had a tour on our catamaran and encountered a superpod of Atlantic spotted dolphins. It was great to see this summer species is still here, and in such large numbers. The pod was made up of around 500 dolphins and included many small calves. We got to see a great show as the huge group of dolphins started travelling together at speed, all leaping out of the water on boat sides of our boat!
