A big blue whale in São Miguel

This morning Futurismo had two boats on the water for whale watching and one for swimming with dolphins. The whale watchers saw bottlenose dolphins, common dolphins and a blue whale to end with. It was a nice surprise to still be able to see a blue whale which are mostly migrating past a bit earlier in the year. The people on the dolphin swimming boat had a nice time with the common dolphins that were seen together with a couple of striped dolphins.

Photos from today:

A very dark bottlenose dolphin, with white lips. So kissable!! ;)
