Summer with sperm whales and fantastic dolphins

Another fantastic day of summer in São Miguel Island. We had tours all throughout the day (morning and afternoon). The day started extraordinarily well with one pod of bottlenose dolphins to take advantage of the fish that the fishermen were fishing. An awesome group of sperm whales with at least two small calves and playful females were also sighted and our morning tour was completed by a playful group of Atlantic spotted dolphins. In the afternoon we started with a group of about 400 common dolphins and we ended the day with sperm whales, showing their lovely flukes.
