4 dolphin species in one morning

This morning we encountered 4 of the 11 dolphin species that can be encountered in the Azores. We encountered our 3 resident species: common dolphin, bottlenose dolphin and Risso's dolphin, as well as the seasonal Atlantic spotted dolphin that comes here during the summer time. We have not seen many Risso's dolphins recently so it was nice to have a good encounter with them and see a very young individual that was very playful and was seen jumping and riding on the back of another adult.
