Early
in the morning we saw Blue and Fin whales.
We remember you that the season of
the baleen whales is until June. Mostly
fin whales, blue whales and sei whales can begin appearing earlier or extend
into the beginning of the summer months.
Today we
also saw bottlenose dolphins with their friends seabirds, like yellow-leggedgulls, common terns and Cory’s shearwaters. They enjoyed the sea all together!
What a wonderful day in the ocean.
In the
afternoon we were able to see all these animals again and even common dolphins.
It was a beautiful day, full of sunshine in São Miguel Island!
We feel
lucky to have fun whales in all our tours during this week.
