After we saw two blue whales feeding and showing their pectoral fins at the same time and out of the blue, a sei whale appears. The first sei whale of the year! Welcome back!

We ended the morning with a well-known group of Rissos's dolphins.
In the afternoon was the trip of babies. We were able to see a blue whale and her baby and in an area close by a fin whale also with a baby.
When we started our way back to Ponta Delgada there was also time for a very small group of juveniles bottlenose dolphins.

In Pico Island the day was amazing with calm sea. We encountered the biggest animals around the world! A Blue whale along with three Fin whales. The Blue whale blow almost reached 10 meters high! Majestic moment to see and to record.

And for the first time in Pico Island this year, we saw two Sei whales.
