Today we only went out in the morning. Even though the
weather was not perfect we were still able to see two of our resident species,
the majestic sperm whale and the curious bottlenose dolphins.
In the retourning
to ponta delgada one of our seazonal species showed up: the atlantic spotted dolphins. This animals are the smallest cetacean specie recorded in the Azores,
reaching a maximum size of 2,3 meters.
